Personal data that we process

Nordic Niels processes your personal data because you use our services and / or because you provide these to us yourself. Below you will find an overview of the personal data that we process:

2. Address data
3. Telephone number
4. E-mail address
5. Other personal data that you actively provide, on this website, in correspondence and by telephone
6. Internet browser and device type only to optimise the use of the website.
7. Bank account number. Or any other information that you provide to complete a payment.

Special and / or sensitive personal data that we process


Our website and / or service does not intend to collect data about website visitors under the age of 16. Unless they have permission from parents or guardian. However, we cannot check whether a visitor is older than 16. We therefore advise parents to be involved in the online activities of their children, to prevent data about children being collected without parental consent. If you are convinced that we have collected personal information about a minor without that permission, please contact us at info@nordicniels.com and we will remove this information.

Image / photos and video footage that we receive
Images / photos and videos that we receive on behalf of customers will not be handed over to third parties, unless with explicit permission of the client. 
Some images on this website are made with the use of stock images from Adobe Stock.
This is because I respect the privacy of my customers especially on sensitive content like portrait and body retouch work. I’ll not display your images without your strict permission. If you give permission to display your order on my website, I give you 20% discount on the requested service.

For what purpose and on what basis do we process personal data
Nordic Niels processes your personal data for the following purposes:
1. Handling your payment.
2. Being able to call or e-mail you if this is necessary to be able to perform our services.
3. Inform you about changes to our services and products.
4. To deliver goods and services to you.
5. Nordic Niels also processes personal data if we are legally obliged to do so, such as data that we need for our tax return. This is 7 years accordance with Dutch Tax Law.

How long we keep personal data
