Return / Refunds policy
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for an revision.  

Photo editing service. Every service that falls under this section has the right up to 10 revisions free-of-charge.
Design section. Every service that falls under the Design section has the right up to 10 revisions free-of-charge.
You can request a revision by sending us an email after you received your order. 



Revision criteria:

1. Consistent instructions: you must provide revision directions that comply with your initial instructions for the order. For example, you cannot ask to remake your order with a different service.
2. There is a one week deadline: so please note, that once you approve your order, you have only seven days to have it revised for free.

3. Sometimes it may happen that the order needs major enhancements. Due to a number of reasons, you might want it to be retouched / designed from scratch, or to change large parts of it significantly. In this case, you will have to pay an extra fee, which is different in each particular case. 4. We understand that for big orders, one week is not enough. Such orders are subject to a progressive delivery feature, which means they are sent to you in parts as they are completed. A revision request for orders with the Progressive Delivery feature can be submitted within 21 days after the initial approval. When you order has a progressive delivery status, this will be visible on your order details.

Prohibited activities
You may not access or use the Site for any purpose other than that for which we make the Site available. The Site may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavours except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us.

We use stock images to give an example of some of the services that we provide. 
This is because we respect the privacy of our customers especially on sensitive content like portrait & body retouch work. You can see all the image copyright info in the meta data of the images as Adobe Stocks advices on their website. Acces this by: right click image> Save. Open the image in a image program such as Photoshop and look at Image info for all the Meta data which includes the copyright info.
